What Projexa does
Projexa is a subscription cloud platform where a construction company runs every project site in one place, from the first quotation to project close-out.
Ten connected modules (A to J) cover the full project lifecycle. Each module produces data the next one uses, so information is entered once and seen everywhere.
Site teams keep working without internet. Expenses, attendance, photos and notes are saved on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns.

Works offline on job sites
The app keeps running from data on each device, marks new entries as pending and syncs them in order when internet returns.
Owner approval of finances
Staff record expenses with receipt photos; the owner approves or rejects with remarks. Only approved entries reach budgets and dashboards.
Roles and permissions
Insert, edit, delete and search rights per module for each role. A site engineer can add photos and expenses but cannot approve or delete.
Milestones and receivables
Split the contract into milestones. Completing one raises a receivable automatically and sets a follow-up reminder.
Site documents
Photos, drawings and survey documents captured on site. Files linked to milestones or approved expenses are kept until project closing.
Reports on WhatsApp
Enterprise plan: scheduled PDF summaries sent to the owner's verified WhatsApp number through the official WhatsApp Business API.
In-app support
Raise a ticket with a screenshot and follow it from Open to In Progress to Resolved, with replies inside the app.
