Provides full accounting of international incoming traffic minutes terminated on access providers' networks, and a certification process that helps identify potential fraud and grey traffic in international call data.

The solution processes IP and signalling traffic, analyses calls terminated in the national network, and generates statistics based on traffic reconciliation.
